The IDF is launching an investigation into the failings leading up to the Simchat Torah massacre, to be led by Shaul Mofaz. The insensitivity of this move is stunning. Minister of Defence at the time of the “Disengagement,” Mofaz is “proud” of the monumental cock-up that set the wheels in motion.
