October 7: Hubris and nemesis

On 7 October 2023, long before that day of infamy was through, Muslims burst onto the world's streets in ecstasy, jubilation and triumph. The "handful of extremists" chanted "Fuck the Jews! Gas the Jews!", while the "moderates," the ones we must be oh-so-careful never to alienate, enjoyed the satisfaction of a warm glow inside: we showed them. We Muslims, finally, had something we could be proud of, and nothing, ever, was going to take that moment of triumph away from us. And then the accursed Zionists proceeded to do exactly that.

Over the two years since then, those who keep a close eye on Muslims will have noticed that by the end of that month, the moment of triumph had become "the events of October 7". As the months went by it was mentioned less, even obtusely, as outrage at Israel fighting back set in, followed by bewilderment, confusion and depression. The Muslim spirit is like smoke, very hot at the start of any fire, rising in triumph and dissipating cold into thin air. They are the eternal enemy of the Jews, though you would not know that from how many Jews and other kufaar find nothing more important than to protect the moderate ones, the peaceful ones, the "Palestinians," aka their friends.

A great danger looms over Israel and the Jewish people, especially over those ready to take the war to the enemy. The Israeli people are, quite understandably, tired of this war. Many cursed and condemned the government, and especially Prime Minister Netanyahu, for not capitulating to those who had perpetrated the worst massacre since the Holocaust. It is, therefore, equally understandable that out of the dark moment of most of the Western world turning against Israel and acquiescing in their Muslim populations and their Left and liberate acolytes, sycophants and useful idiots physically attacking their Jewish populations, there should emerge news of a comprehensive regional peace with Israel at its centre. If true, then this extraordinary agglomeration of deals with Muslim leaders is a major victory for President Donald Trump and Prime Minister Netanyahu for which they deserve universal acclaim and gratitude.

May I be permitted a word of caution: treaties, deals, contracts, promises or agreements between non-Muslims and Muslims are binding on the non-Muslims only and optional on the Muslim. Only the weak want to make a deal, because they fear imminent humiliation. Thus has it ever been. Those who celebrate a regional peace would do well to keep their eyes and ears wide open and keep finger on the trigger at all times. I am sorry if you are caught in a "not all Muslims" trap, but while Islam exists, all time is a time of war. Killing, destruction and madness will be the order of the day. They will not leave you alone. They are coming for you, no matter how loudly you screamed alongside them against the Jews.

October 7 is not about triumphs. It is not about prizes. It is about the indestructibility of Jewish people and the sacredness of the Torah.
